Welcome to Flourish Physiotherapy!

It’s long been a dream of mine to start a practice where the wellbeing of women is at the heart of everything we do. Becoming a mother is such a monumental event, but the enormity is often overshadowed by the birth of a baby, and mothers often get lost in the picture. At Flourish, my goal is to support you to flourish as a woman, to focus on your wellbeing so you (and your family) can thrive.​

As a holistic practitioner, I recognise both the powerful mind-body-breath connection and the importance of embodiment in today’s distracted world, and supporting you to re-establish this connection with your body and breath is a major focus of my work.  I have practiced yoga and meditation for many years and have completed teacher training in yoga, breathwork and meditation – this experience shapes my practice, and I have many offerings around these holistic practices.

I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest research evidence and also use my extensive clinical experience to ensure the best outcomes for you.​ My online learning portal ‘Flourish Online’ – provides a variety of resources to support you on your pregnancy, postnatal and mothering journey.  I believe postpartum is forever, so it’s never too late to get started on your journey to better health. My goal is to provide you with up-to-date advice that is holistic, valuable and empowering.  

My role is to educate and empower you to reconnect with your body, to nurture you on your journey and to support you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals so you can live your best life.
